Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall
点击Advanced settings，然后选择入站规则（Inbound Rules），再找到下面这一条
File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-In)
右键点击选择Enable Rule，这样就可以ping通了。
另外找到Remote Service Management (NP-In)也Enable Rule就可以远程关机了。
注意：以上2个规则后面的profile都是Domain，因为电脑都是在域里面，所以不需要选择Private、Public。
